The medical, the biometrics and issuance are the fastest part of any residence file — usually days rather than weeks once the visa stage permits them. The scheduling, not the processing, is what causes delay, particularly for families. Expedited medical appointments exist and we use them where a file is time-critical; they do not accelerate the immigration decision behind them.
We do not publish the card’s validity period, the government fees, or the penalty for late renewal — these are set by the authority, differ by category, and age badly on a website. We confirm the current position for your case. Our fee is fixed and agreed in writing, priced per person or per family.

The visa gets you in. The card is what the bank, the landlord and the utility company ask for. People plan around the visa date and are stopped by the card.
An expired card can freeze account access and stall a tenancy renewal while the visa itself is still valid on paper.

Yes. It surfaces in banking, property and legal matters, and it is far easier to amend the record than to explain the discrepancy every time. Correct it once.
Do I need to cancel it if I leave the UAE?
The card is cancelled as part of cancelling residency. Leaving without completing that leaves an open record, which causes problems on return.
